As EKASH.SHOP primarily deals in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), including perishable items, this policy is structured to maintain food safety standards while ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Returns for Perishables (Fresh Food, Dairy, etc.): Due to health and safety regulations, perishable goods cannot be returned once delivery has been accepted. Customers are advised to inspect all items immediately upon delivery. If any item is damaged or spoiled at the time of arrival, please notify the delivery agent instantly for an immediate replacement or account credit.
  • Returns for Non-Perishables (Canned Goods, Toiletries, etc.): Non-perishable items may be returned within 48 hours of delivery provided that:

    1. The item remains in its original, unopened packaging.
    2. The item is defective or expired.
    3. An incorrect item was delivered.
  • Refund Approval Process: Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected based on our assessment.
  • Refund Method & Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed using your original method of payment (such as Mobile Money reversal or store credit) within 3–5 business days.
  • Delivery Charges: Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as the delivery of an incorrect product.
